If you want a Europe trip that feels romantic, un-rushed, and actually worth the time and money, you’re my kind of people. These are the kinds of trips couples come to me for:
Honeymoons and anniversaries where the trip feels special without being overplanned
First-time Europe trips where you want someone to tell you what makes sense and what doesn’t
Food and wine itineraries with slow lunches, vineyard days, and the right neighborhoods for great meals
Christmas markets and winter trips that feel cozy, not chaotic
City plus countryside combos so you get the energy and the exhale
Multi-country trips built with smart routing so you’re not packing every other day
Every trip I plan starts with your wishlist. But one thing I’m always going to protect is your pace. I’m not here to build you a Europe trip that feels like a competitive sport.
These examples are the kind of routes I design for couples who want to actually enjoy the trip, not just survive it. Fewer hotel check-ins. Better bases. Time to wander, linger, and have that “we should move here” moment.
Italy, slow and classic
Rome (4 nights) + Florence (4 nights) + Tuscany countryside (4 nights)
This is for couples who want the big hits and the quiet moments. Enough time in each place to do the museums and still have afternoons that are not scheduled down to the minute.
France, city plus a real reset
Paris (4 to 5 nights) + Bordeaux or Champagne (4 nights) + countryside (2 to 3 nights)
Paris is better when you’re not rushing it. Then we shift into wine country where your “plans” can be as simple as a tasting, a long lunch, and whatever looks good when you walk by.
Scotland, cozy and cinematic
Edinburgh (4 nights) + Highlands base (4 nights) + Isle of Skye or the coast (3 nights)
This is the “Outlander energy” route. I plan Scotland with one solid Highlands base so you are not hauling luggage every day. You get the scenery, the castles, and the cozy evenings without the constant drive-check-in-repeat cycle.
Switzerland + Italy by rail, with breathing room
Lucerne (4 nights) + the mountains (3 nights) + Lake Como (4 nights)
Switzerland is not the place to sprint. We build in time for slow mornings and scenic train days, then end in Lake Como where the whole point is to exhale.
Greece, beach time without the chaos
Athens (3 nights) + one island (4 nights) + one island (4 nights)
I’m picky about island combos. The goal is easy ferry timing, a good mix of exploring and downtime, and a trip that does not turn into “pack, ferry, check in, repeat.”
